You will join a friendly and busy team. The successful applicant will be an empathetic and confident communicator with considerable experience of working with clients in an advice giving role.
Our advisers are required to complete a holistic advice needs assessment with each client and then undertakes information research in order to present back to their client the relevant and accurate advice. This is completed with the client during the call and advisers are required to use a number of IT platforms and digital advice resources simultaneously. Following delivery of advice the adviser will complete an accurate client case record before taking their next client.

This role will suit someone that enjoys working to high standards of accuracy in an environment that is varied and supporting high numbers of clients.

Training will be considered for someone with advice giving experience who lacks a formal advice qualification.
