You can use our Email inquiry form to email us details of the issues you would like advice on or to request an appointment with one of our Specialist advice services. Please note you do not need to request an appointment to attend one of our General advice services as these are conducted on a drop in basis.
When completing the Email inquiry form please include as much detail as you can about your issues and any relevant personal circumstances. This will enable us to provide you with information and advice that is relevant to your circumstances.
Please note we are unable to provide email advice to anybody who lives and/or works outside the South Somerset area.
We aim to respond to email inquiries within three working days. If you have an emergency, require advice more quickly than three working days or should you wish to remain anonymous, we would invite you to attend one of our drop in sessions or to call Adviceline on 03444 889623.
Please review our Information Charter if you’d like more information about how we’ll use your data.
Internet email is a way of making general enquiries but it is not a secure way to send personal information. We make every effort to ensure the security and integrity of emails on our systems. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information after we’ve received it, we cannot ensure or guarantee the security of information when it is being transmitted.
