Citizens Advice South Somerset offer help, information and advice via WhatsApp to residents of South Somerset.
To chat with us via Whatsapp please create a contact on your device by either clicking on the graphic below, which will allow you to download a vCard, or by scanning the QR code.
Once you have created the contact you can message us with your query. In your message please include as much information as you can regarding your query or issue, what you have done so far and any important dates related to the query. You will then receive an automated response acknowledging your request and asking for some personal details (Name, DoB and Postcode). If you would rather remain anonymous please simply reply saying this.
Please be aware that there will be a delay until an Adviser is able to answer your chat request. If this will cause you an issue you may wish to access advice via one of other services.
