- Is the client a member of a trade union?
- Is the client following an appeal or grievance process currently? (if so gather full details)
- Does the client want their job back?
- When did the client start working for their current employer?
- Was the client transferred from a different employer?
- Who did the client work for before this employer (if relevant)?
