What do Wessex Water Offer?
Wessex Water offer schemes to help people who are struggling to pay their on-going water bill or have been unable to keep up with payments and are in debt.
With the Assist scheme you pay a lower bill than normal based on your ability to pay. It can be used alongside the Restart scheme.
If you have significant water debt that you can’t repay, but you can afford your ongoing water bills, Restart might help. If you pay your current year charges, at the end of year one Wessex Water we will reduce your debt by an equivalent amount. If you continue to pay your current charges in year two, Wessex Water will clear your remaining debt. It means you will be back on track.
