Money Advice and Debt Caseworker – part time 18 hours per week   January 2018 (closing date 31/1/18)

Qualified Money and Debt Advice Caseworker Or Trainee Debt Caseworker 

 Salary Range:           £19,065 – £22,065 pro-rata (trainee),  £22,065 – £24,065 pro- rata (fully qualified)

 Employer Pension:    3%

 Hours:                      18 hours per week (flexible over 3 or 4 days)

 Job Share:                  May be considered

You will join a busy and friendly team of debt caseworkers supporting the local community through the provision of Money and Debt Advice and Financial Capability Services.   We work with clients from all backgrounds and walks of life and you will undertake your role in a way that ensures our casework is client-centred and focused on optimising outcomes.   Please see the details below.

Volunteer Advice Internship – 2018,  Training Programme Starting 25/1/18.    Applications welcome.  This is an exciting and unique opportunity for up to 12 people to join us in our first Volunteer Internship Programme.    Over the year long Internship candidates will study the National Vocational Qualification, Level 3 in Providing Initial Legal Advice (Skills for Justice) as well as completing the National Citizens Advice Adviser training programme.   Candidates will volunteer with us for 2 days per week  to gain invaluable work experience in the adviser role and will also be required to commit time each week for study (home or office based).     Coaching and Mentoring support will be provide throughout along with out of pocket expenses.
