Why do you want to volunteer for Citizens Advice? What do you hope to get from the experience?


What do you think are some of the main problems facing our clients?


Due to the investment of time and effort in training volunteers for our roles at Citizens Advice, we ask for an on-going commitment of 1 day a week, or 2 half days a week if you live nearby. Are you able to make this commitment? (with the exception of planned holidays and such like)
