1. Do I need an appointment to see an Adviser?
No there is no need for an appointment for general advice. Our Yeovil offices and Outreaches all operate a Drop in service where you can register and wait to see an Adviser. If you require more specific and detailed help, for example to complete a PIP form, then please access our Email Advice page to request an appointment and we will provide one for you.
2. Is there parking at your offices?
Our Yeovil offices are next to the Petters Way public car park. Our various outreaches have nearby public or on street parking. Please review our locations prior to travelling
3. Are your offices Wheelchair accessible?

4. I have no available child care. Can I bring my children to a drop in session?
Yes of course although you may also wish to review the other ways in which you can access the service.
5. Are Citizens Advice South Somerset able to provide me with a translator?
Unfortunately we have limited resources and cannot offer to provide a translator. Should you wish to bring a family member or friend with you to act as translator we would be happy for them to attend with you.
6. Can Citizens Advice provide Legal advice?
Unfortunately Citizens Advice cannot provide Legal advice but we can provide guidance and details of local solicitors and law centres
7. Can Citizens Advice provide Financial advice?
Unfortunately Citizens Advice cannot provide Financial advice but we can provide guidance and details of how to find an Independent Financial Advisor
